Paxos asks that all account holders update the details of their accounts so that we can provide accurate tax information, maintain our AML/KYC standards, and remain compliant with the rules and regulations that the New York Department of Financial Services outlines for holders of a Trust Charter.
Personal Account Information
To view your account details, select the “Settings” feature and the “General” sub-tab.
To make updates to your account information, please submit a support ticket. Due to system limitations, these updates will not be seen in your account settings view, but are accounted for and recorded by a member of our team. Our team will require the documentation outlined below to approve the request:
- Name or Date of Birth change - please submit a valid government-issued Photo ID
- Residential Address change - please submit a Proof of Residence document (Ex: Bank Statement, Utility Bill, etc) dated in the last 6 months
- Institutional Name change - please submit the official name change documentation
Password: please submit a support ticket, if you need assistance with resetting your password. We will arrange a password reset link to be sent to the email registered on our platform.
Email: You cannot change your Paxos registered email address at this time.
