Select the date the transaction was sent from your bank account, Paxos account or external wallet

Please provide your Account Identifier. This can be found at the bottom of your page when logged into your Paxos account. Please select “Deposit” and “USD”

Fill out the amount of the transaction that you're inquiring about in the space provided

Please ensure that you have provided proof of bank account ownership. This should show your full name and the last 4 digits of the bank account. You may provide a pdf (or similar document type) or a screenshot.

This should show the Amount sent along with your name and/or the last 4 digits of the bank account. You may provide a screenshot or pdf (or similar document) as proof.

For individual accounts, the name on the bank account must match the name on the passport/identity card/employment pass submission. For institutional accounts, the name on the bank account must match the company name provided in the incorporation documents.
