In order to provide services, on occasion Paxos may require that users provide us with sensitive information or documents containing personally identifiable information. This may include government IDs, Tax Identification Numbers, billing information, or banking information. Paxos utilizes Sendsafely to securely transfer and store sensitive data.
How it Works
When an attachment is sent via a new ticket or comment on help.paxos.com, the attachment is uploaded directly to Sendsafely. Both Paxos agents and customers will receive a direct link to the file in the body of the ticket or comment.
Please note: Sensitive data should only be uploaded using help.paxos.com or a secure link provided by Paxos. We strongly recommend not sending sensitive data over email.
